About the Speaker
Julie Sullivan manages the Learning and Performance Team at Assurant Solutions Canada. Julie has over 20 years experience in the financial services sector in various talent management roles. She is a Certified Training & Development Professional through the CSTD - Canadian Society of Training & Development. Her team was a finalist for the Best Learning & Development Strategy at HRD's 2014 HR Awards. Julie is an Achieve Global certified facilitator and has facilitated their Stellar Service and Healing Customer Relationships modules.
